Welcome to St. Augustine's Church Newsletter for Sunday 3rd December
Left or Right?
Left or Right ? What have sheep and goats in common? What have Nations and individuals in common? The answer is found in Matthew 25:31-32, which talks of dividing people into two groups, the sheep to the right, the goats to the left. The King will then pass judgement on them.
However, it is not just individuals who are judged, but Nations also - and this is not some future judgement. No! Nations have been judged and condemned since Old Testament times. If we do not wish for our nation to be judged harshly then we must be fearless in our opposition to the drift away from God.
Last week's Sermon
[ Sunday 26th November ]

Our sermon is on what triggered the Reformation in 1517. If you have never understood the heart of the gospel -- justification by faith - listen to how Luther discovered it from the Holy Scriptures and how Luther's idea of justification, is the secret to true happiness.

Listen again to the sermon here>
This Sunday is the start of the sermon series on Advent
